how did you get bereavement counselling, my mum died on 26th feb, she was so positive and strong and we never expected that she would pass away I am in shock and cry a lot it doesn’t feel like the pain is any less or getting easier, just don’t know how to cope I miss her so much and just want to know that she is ok now
I was referred to Cruise, they were very good. I lost my husband 18 years ago, it really helped. My mum passed away in the 28 February at the Marie Curie Hospice. I have a photograph of her on my mantlepiece wirh a candle next to her. I have lit the candle every day since she passed away, the candle lights up her face.
I miss her so much, I love her so much, she will always s be in my heart. I talk to her every day, we are also still in shock as she was only diagnosed in August.
