mum died in Feb and I was 0K at first but lately I can't sleep and cry every night. Miss her like mad. Life feels meaningless when we are all die in the end..why am I feeling this negative?

I too have lost mum and dad grandparents brothere in law and many aunties and friends ... I believe they don't go , they watch us from up there ... and when it's our time they will be there waiting ... I have grade 3 breast cancer and have two sons and I've told them I'll always be around watching .. and every time I see them smile and have a happy life it will make me smile too ...
Life is a hard old Road with its ups and downs but making the most of it is the only thing we can do ... and at least you can help people going through loss as you've been there ...
I hope you find it in you to try and take one day at a time and not look too far ahead... picture them with you and think what you mum would tell you if she could ... sending you a big hug xx
