5 weeks ago I lost my Dad to Agressive Lung Cancer. He's never smoked in his life...Such a huge gap as I cared for him for a couple of years through throat and month cancer and then this. I miss him so so much.
I'm really sorry to hear about your dad and on behalf of the Cancer Chat team I just wanted to offer our sincerest condolences.
It can be very tough to adjust to life without a loved one in your life, especially one you were so close to and cared for for such a long time but I just wanted you to know that you're not alone. Many members here who were carers for their partners, parents and children will really understand how you are feeling right now and I'm sure some of them will be along soon to offer their support and advice.
I have included some information about coping with grief which may help at this time as well.
