Hi I'm new to this and just need to talk if anyone is there. On the 3rd of January last year I lost my stepfather  to lung cancer and was with him through everything until he closed his eyes in my arms, now a year later my own father is going through the same so I feel a double hit and so hurt and confused and angry and I really don't know what to say or do.
