Hi again. I'm so sorry to hear you're still feeling so rubbish. It certainly is a horrible time. Please remember it's only been a month, it's no time, it's still so raw. 

There is hardly a minute of every day where Im not thinking about my dad... I just think this is the grieving process we have to go through. If you are really struggling then maybe try speaking to your doctor to get some grief counselling perhaps?
