Hi Clare I lost my husband 6weeks ago to lung cancer and I'm finding my loss very hard it's good you have come on here you will find people in the same situation I've found talking can help a little you are not on your own if you want to chat I'm always here sending hugs x

Hi clare82 and wishy,
I lost my mum 8 months today. I still find it hard as we were close. But I know first few months were such a daze.
Maybe see a doctor for help. Some local areas have support groups.
Feeling for you all.
