Hi there and welcome to the forum, it's a friendly place to be and you'll find others in the same boat as you. It's good to chat with people who really understand where you're coming from. I'm sorry to see you lost your mum, losing a parent is really hard and you're right at the beginning of the process. I lost my dad in October to lung cancer and also find it tough, just as you get a little better you then get a little worse again. It's a shock to be without them knowing you will never see them again. It's quite therapeutic coming on here and seeing others on the same journey and finding out how other people deal with grief that are further along. Everyone's journey is slightly different but we all have the fact we lost someone we cared about and loved who shouldn't of really left. Take care x
