Welcome to the Cancer Chat forum Aussiebig although I'm so sorry about your husband. You have my heartfelt condolences for your loss.
Coping with grief is extremely difficult but I want to assure you that you are not alone as so many of our members, past and present, have been through this too so they will definitely understand how painful and heart-breaking it is to lose a loved one to cancer, and hopefully you will receive some support and advice from them soon.
If you really feel like you are struggling or overwhelmed by your emotions, don't hesitate to reach out to your GP for support. You may find the support and resources provided by bereavement services such as Cruse Bereavement Care and Sue Ryder quite useful at this time as well.
I know there is nothing I can say that will make this any easier but I hope you can take some comfort from knowing that we are here for you and are sending you all our strength and support.
Kind regards,
Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
