He didn't stand a chance. It was only 2 weeks from my dad being diagnosed to his passing. I'm so angry this wasn't picked up sooner

My dad passed last Wednesday, early hours. It was just over 2 weeks from diagnosis to his passing. I'm angry that this wasn't picked up sooner as he had regular visits to a clinical setting and the hospital staff were not transparent from the offset.
