Can't sleep

Hi there 

My husband died on 4th Nov after only short time of lung and brain cancer,the last 2 days/nights were particularly bad Ie in pain alot of pain when I close my eyes to go to sleep all I can see is im in pain and I stay awake as long as possible so I don't have to see it  x

    Hi there. Sending warm hugs . I also struggle to sleep as I seem to worry more at night than during the day. My husband’s cancer has metastasised and is now incurable. He is very poorly and it’s hard to see him like that. It feels like he is slowly slipping away. We have a 2 year old, I don’t know what I will tell him.

    So sorry to hear that sending hugs to you we had a 17 n 19 yr olds and he had 6 others from previous marriage who were all older I feel for you with a 2 yr old 

    Maybe put a thread up asking if anyone else has a 2 yr old and how they told them xx
