As people who know of my cancer know, my uncle had cancer a few years ago the same time I had mine. He died on this day and even though I try to be great full that I lived I still don’t know if it’s ok to miss him.

Hello JustUrAveragePotato
I'm sorry to hear that your Uncle had cancer at the same time that you had your diagnosis and that he passed away. It's understandable that you will have days when you miss him.
Grief can creep up on us when we least expect it but it is ok to have times when we feel sad and miss the person we've lost.
If you feel that you need support with your grief then do reach out to your GP surgery or Cruse who may be able to help with bereavement support.
Best wishes,
Jenn
