Hello Sandancer ,I am so sorry to hear your sad news. To loose any member of your family is terrible ,but loosing either mother or father is very hard.
Do you have any family who you can talk to ,or good close friends . Grief is very difficult and hard to cope with . There are agencies who help people with bereavement,CRUISE is one of them .Everything is confidential too . The Samaritans are also good listeners.

I lost my mother when I was 13, and now my dad. I have a daughter, friends and family. I physically feel the pain of my dad not being here. I can't bear the thought of a lifetime without him. Thank you for your kind words.
That’s so sad Sandancer, my mother died when I was seventeen , didn’t get on that well with my dad or sister . Found that really difficult ,there wasn’t much out there in the 7Os either. My friends were really good and I started a diary ,put my fears and feeling down . That did help me .Remember the wonderful times you had xxx
