Wanting to raise awareness for bladder cancer

Hi everyone,

i lost a close family member to cancer at the age of 35 a few weeks ago, he was diagnosed with bladder cancer and from the day of diagnosis, he lived with cancer for 4 months.

He was very young and it was very rare at his age to develop bladder cancer, for this reason I am wanting to raise awareness to people on what to look out for and that an early diagnosis may save peoples lives compared to the horrible short life my family member had since diagnosis.

does anyone have any recommendations that I could do to raise awareness at all? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thank you :)

I'm so very sorry to hear about the recent loss of your family member. Losing a loved one at any age is difficult and I can imagine that it's been particularly hard for you all given the circumstances you've described.

It's understandable that you'd like to do more to raise awareness of bladder cancer and with that in mind, I wanted to give you the link to a charity called Action Bladder Cancer UK. They have lots of information on their website about bladder cancer and ways that you can support them to raise awareness and funds.

    Best wishes,
