Lost my mum 26th December and can't get over it looking at her is still in my dreams and think I'm in a nightmare I wanna wake up from don't know what I wanna do I miss her so much that I wanna be with her

Hi Mike lost my mum too at same timeline.its really raw the grief so know what Ur going though in a way.ill always remember the gd memories and it's one way of coping .iv isolated myself a lot used too be very sociable .but we allcope different ly I guess.sorry for ur loss n stay strong
