I can't go on without my Mum

I lost my mum nearly 2 weeks ago and I can't cope.

All I want to do is speak to her again, see her again. I can't stand it. I can't go on feeling like this.

She was my best friend, looked after me, loved me so much. And now she's gone. I just wish I could be with her again.

I don't know what to do or how to cope.

Welcome to the forum Cazcardiff although I'm so sorry to hear your mum passed away two weeks ago. You have my deepest sympathies for your loss.
Our members know how heart breaking and difficult it can when to lose a parent, especially one you were so close to and who was your best friend, so you are not alone on this journey and I'm sure you will receive some support and advice from them soon.
Coping with grief is very difficult but we are here for you and will do all we can to help. In the meantime, be kind to yourself Caz and try to take things one day at a time.
