I just feel so lost on how to support my dad. He has stage 4 bowel cancer. I am medical but I feel sad and lost all the time. I lost my mum already and I guess I am just frightened.
im sorry you are going through a hard time right now. I think in order to support your dad you need to help yourself first. Take a step back from the situation to ensure you are looking after your mental health. Things will be better with a clear mind.
