Caring for someone with cancer Lenvima/Lenvatinib

Has anyone had any experience with this drug?

My Dad's been taking it for a week and is seemingly getting weaker by the day.

Is it likely to make him feel better at any point? Or are patients frail and miserable for the whole time they're on it?

I would be really grateful to hear the experiences of others who have been on it or have had loved ones who have had it.

I'm sorry to hear of the situation with your Dad. I've had a quick search of the forum and there aren't many other relevant discussions about this, but there are a few if you search for Lenvatinib (using the button in the blue bar above). We also have some information about it on our website here.
If you have concerns or questions about the treatment, it would also be best to talk things through with his specialist when you can.
