My dad is a very active pensioner who has been diagnosed with stage 4 linitis plastica. It has spread from his stomach to around abdomen. It has apparently been there a considerable time but is hard to diagnose. Hence the advanced stage.
I am so afraid of what is ahead for him and have no idea how long we will have him. He is now being tube fed through his stomach and is probably only about 7 stone.
Has anyone any experience of this horrible cancer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
