Hello I’m new to this. I’m finding things difficult. My husband was diagnosed with mesothelioma in June. He was told he was too weak for surgery and they advised against chemo due to his health. He contracted an infection in his bowel and spent a few days in hospital that was about 4 weeks ago and since then he complains of constant fatigue, sleeps most of the time too. He hasn’t got an appetite and hardly eats or has any of the build up drinks/yoghurts. Is mood is very low, naturally and he isn’t interested in anything anymore. He hasn’t seen or heard from his consultant since June and I feel that no one is interested in him but I’m worried his condition is worse but don’t know where to go. We were told that people usually only have 12 months after diagnosis but didn’t think he would become so poorly so quickly. Any advice please?
