Hi, its one of my closest friends 30th this week, she has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and has been told there is no further treatment. As she is on a strict diet and does not use anything that is not natural I am struggling for a gift. I wanted to do a gift basket with treats and face masks etc but unsure what is suitable.
