Hi all. Just wondering bid anyone has heard about any benefits in taking alkeline water especially for someone who has liver Cancer. I'm aware that hydration is crucial  so any recommendations would be very welcome. Also sugar free snacks. I see a lot of sugar free options but the sweetner is almost as bad. If anyone knows a good snack again, it would be great to hear from you.
