Lack of energy or tiredness isn't listed as one of the main symptoms of prostate cancer but it can be one of the general signs of cancer, as you'll see here.

[@Finn1707]‍  Do you know his Gleason Score ? My husband has a Gleason score of 9.Meaning his cancer is aggressive he was diagnosed 6yrs ago, hes sleeping alot and complaining of pain in his right hip as far as I'm aware the hip is attached to the spine .Hes on hormone therapy.His PSA has suddenly gone up meaning his cancer could have spread to the bone.There is no cure but can be managed with hormone treatment .My husband has recently had scans and hes waiting for the results ,I will update as soon as he gets results from his Dr .All Men have a Gleason Score .

hi i have just had a prostectomy to treat an early gleason 8 cancer , but on removal the histology report said i had a gleason 9 cancer wrapped around the neck of the prostate when studied . 6 weeks previous mri scan did no show the gleason 9 but showed clear lymph nodes and clear bone scan . i am now worried sick and would like some advice pls . ps sorry about your fathers news and how late was his diagnosis pls regards neiljohn

My husband had prostate cancer diagnosed four years ago.     It's such an unnerving time and you will get there. It's very encouraging that all your scans were clear.  Try to be comforted that it's been found and removed and you have an excellent chance of full recovery.  Staying positive really helps.
