Hello

First post so i hope this is in the correct place.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer, originally thought to be stage 2 but it has been discovered to have spread to the liver, some pelvic nodes and lastly some aortic nodes.

The aortic and liver cysts were apparently small, however there was talk of paliative care.

I don't know what to do, I feel helpless.

I have not been able to find any online information about stage 4 bowel cancer with such a spread.

I don't want her to pass away, she is our families whole world.

If anyone has any information to provide that is anyway related please do
