My Wife has been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast and lymphatic cancer. She had a mammogram in November and was all clear. But today they have sent a letter stating there was subtle changes, but never call her back to check if this was cancer. If they had would be where we are today which is Chemo for the next 8 months and surgery to remove. And to make it even worst they have found a large shadow on the other breast which she will need another scan and biopsys. What can we do legally now they clearly missed the cancer ?
