Hi I'm exactly in the same position my mums breast cancer has spread to her brain and is also palliative. Although the doctor hasn't told us a prognosis we know that this may be her last year with us.

I too am scared and mum has just started radiotherapy and 2 out of 10 sessions she is already giving up.
