Sorry to hear about your situation. I am in a similar one where my mum was also diagnosed with breast cancer last week as well and I am in a stressful FT job. Check with your work's policy and your boss to see if they can arrange for you to do certain hours / days so you can look after your mother properly. Also, consider taking time off so you don't burn yourself out - my work place offers caregivers leave (on top of normal holiday days) so I will be taking advantage of that when needed.

Don't feel alone though and feel free to reach out to me to talk about anything. I'm not saying I have the answer to anything but sometimes it's good to vent
