Partner diagnosed with mouth cancer, struggling to eat

My partner has just been diagnsed with mouth cancer and is finding it almost impossible to eat anything other than mashed potatoes. He is having difficulty swallowing and is gulping air which is uncomfortable. How long will this difficulty last? I am so worried about him

  • Welcome to the forum Maer although I'm sorry about the difficulties your partner is having since being diagnosed.
