I just wanted to welcome you to our forum. I am so sorry to hear that your wife's cancer has returned. I am sure your wife appreciates the fact that you care so much about her and that you are there by her side. There is useful information on our website for friends, family and caregivers which you can find here to help you not only look after a loved one with cancer but also take care of yourself which isn't always easy when you are focused on supporting your dear wife. Being there for her simply means a lot to her I am sure. Unfortunately only her consultant and medical team will be able to tell you more about her particular situation and will be able to explain to you why they think they can't do any more surgery.
