I'm sorry to hear that your family member is currently undergoing chemotherapy. It's understandably a difficult time for you all. 

There can be many reasons that a treatment plan is changed so try not to worry too much about this. If she is uncertain about why things have changed then do support her to speak to her Consultant or the Chemo nurses to get some clarity on things. 

I hope that the rest of her treatments go smoothly.
