Hi , Everyone, as a young girl I always thought I was very lucky all  my grandparents have never died when I old older now am 16 Turing 17 in a month and last week my Nana was diagnosed with pancreasCancer and I just feel lost she's my best friend and I've been to see her a few times and she doesn't look ill but I can tell it is killing her and she always tells me don't worry and like I'll be fine but I just can't lose and I just need help trying to focus on positive things
