Mention it to nurse/doctor. They may offer switch to injections if taking in tablet form now. 

Hi hubby uses iglu gel and iglu pastilles not cheap but they work for him, remember to ask your nurse if its ok to use he found the antiseptic mouth wash too harsh!!
