Hi all, just wondering if  anybody has been given a SWANN appointment and if they know what it's for? i've been on google but im just finding cctv stuff  however i did come across  a lot pages refering to the swan  scheme which is talking about end of  life  care,  im now really concerned because my  mum is only halfway through her radiotherapy for cervical cancer and reading these pages have made me sick to my stomach...any info   anyone has or suggestions would be really appreciated
