Welcome to the community North although I'm very sorry that your friend's cancer has returned.

Sadly many of our members know how tough it is to be in this position so you're not alone on this journey and hopefully you'll receive some support and words of advice from them soon. 

In the meantime, I hope this section we have for family, friends and caregivers will help.
