Today I find myself feeling so overwhelmed. My dad was diagnosed last September with a rare form of bladder cancer. His surgery has been cancelled twice. The tumour is not responsive to chemotherapy. Today he tells me he's convinced it's spread. I feel so absolutely helpless. I'm a nurse and he thinks I have all the answers. I really dont. There's no real point to my message i guess. I just feel alone xx
