I'm Zack. Posting this on behalf of my dad.

My dad, 63 years old was diagnosed with Stomach Cancer on last April (around 8 months back). Since the Dr noted 2 modules on the lungs, they have concluded that it's Stage IV. Started chemotherapy (6+2) and 5 sessions of radiotherapy. After completion, the dr did mentioned that the modules in the lungs are completely shrinked and the one on the stomach is left  around 20%. 

The treatment has done hell to him as he got no problem or symptoms before getting treatment. He had only some sensations (very rarely) before just getting full blood works. And the CA marker indicates some abnormal reading and dr told us to repeat the test after 2 weeks. After the second test, the reading was higher than the initial report thus send him for the scope, biopsy was taken and tested positive for cancer. Since there the nightmare starts. 

CT scan & PET scan done, went through chemo and radiotherapy. Since after, he's condition getting worse gradually. Around early November, he's start having so called ASCITES, the water build up around the stomach. Did the insertion of 'PleurX' to drain out. Now draining out around 1000ml daily (it tends to clear up for some times before reoccurring). He's condition is complete opposite before doing chemo. Now having gassy and bloated stomach, unable to eat properly, vomiting and weakness. Dr suggest another round of chemo which he and all of the family member know that he won't pull through another chemo. We declined the treatment and now we are nowhere to go and helpless. 

Just need to ask (although we know it's impossible to cure the cancer). Anyone have any experience on how to overcome this situation. Me as the son and whole family can't see him suffering. Please anyone. May God Bless Us All.
