Thanks very much. My father has now started to take paracetamol on a regular basis, he was refusing this until the nurse said he could! So I think that's at least helped him to sleep a bit better. We've been told that there's not much you can do about the night sweats and it's something that has to be tolerated! I hope the paracetamol will give him some relief to be able to sleep at night and also when he does nap in the day.
