I am so sorry to hear about your nephew's diagnosis at such a young age. It must have come as a shock to you and I am thinking also of this little boy's parents for whom it must be such an anxious time at the moment. 

We have information on our website on Wilms' tumour which you can read here and which I hope will answer some of the questions you may have. Our nurses are also available on this free number 0808 800 4040 - their line is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm if you wanted to ask them anything. 

I thought I would have a little look around the forum for past threads relating to Wilms' tumour and [@Oldenick]‍ I noticed posted here and is a Wilms' Tumour survivor. If you type in the keywords 'Wilms' tumour' in our search function which is located on the blue banner at the top, you will be able to find other relevant threads. Some may be from a few years ago but I hope that it will give you some comfort to read about other members' experiences dealing with Wilms' tumour. In particular, I was thinking for example of [@WorriedMummy]‍ 's story on this thread whose little boy was diagnosed 2 years ago.
