I'm sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis and that he also now has Covid19. I'm sure this is an incredibly difficult time for you all. 

I'm afraid that I don't know the answer to your question. Do you have nurses or a palliative care team supporting you at home? Do speak to them about these changes as they should be able to answer your questions and give you any additional support that may be necessary.
