my husband was told 3weeks ago his  lung cancer is stage 3 he is not haveing trement and been told he hs months left to live,it is in his left cheek and staion 10 lymph node i am trying to find out roughly how long it can take to become stage 4.i know not every one the same .if any one can help

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm so sorry to read about your husband - I hope you're getting on OK although I can only imagine how difficult this must be.

    Unfortunately there won't be a set answer to this - it would be best to discuss this with your husband's doctor/specialist so that you can get some guidance and advice that is tailored to him.

    In the meantime do use this forum as much as is helpful for you for any support - it is a very welcoming and understanding community and I hope you find it useful.
