My dad was diagnosed in March 2020 with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and travelled to liver ... He has done pretty well had a stent fitted back in May which then became blocked end of September and they fitted another stent 2 weeks ago. He has become a lot weaker since returning home from hospital and spends most of his days in bed which I accept and he's quite comfortable however my question is about sickness episodes where he can be fine one minute then the next it's like he's completely out of it and doesn't know where he is and vomiting and just lifeless then the next day he's able communicate has anyone experienced this or help me understand what is causing this ... I just don't know !
