Newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer

My Mum 86 who was fit as a fiddle but newly diagnosed as having pancreatic cancer. We're currently waiting on test results for which stage its at but Mum has been offered chemo on the NHS.

The reason for my post, she has been sick for the second time since she was diagnosed and wondered if there was any medication she could get over the counter from Boots to help. She hasn't been eating a lot and has lost a lot of weight. She has further tests friday so we will let the hospital know of her being sick.

If she's not better by the morning I will of course call 111.
