Hello, my dad was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer in April and has become very weak in the last month.  In the last few weeks he has had what appears to be seizures.  It begins in his face/head as a severe twitch with his head nodding up and down. He can talk but can't control the twitch. It then moves down his body and stops at his stomach. His stomach moves in and out very severely, with his head, face and chest still spasming. It stops very suddenly, causes no pain but is obviously very frightening. It takes about 30 mins for dad to feel strong enough to stand up without falling over.  Please anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
