I'm so sorry to hear that your husband's condition has deteriorated since you last posted. I hope that writing things down helps. Keep posting here if it does. 

Do you have some support from nurses, his GP or the Consultant? If not then do get in touch with them. They are there to support you as much as to manage your husband's care. 
If you'd prefer to talk to one of nurses then please do give them a call. I know they'd be happy to chat things through with you and you may find it helps. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.
