Hi all my stepdad was give 6 months left in may this year I've searched all over the internet with no luck does anyone know of any gifts he can buy which are personalised from him to my nephew and his two other grandchildren

I don't know if this is the kind of thing you were thinking of but I've seen people who have used their relative's shirt and created a pillow out of it. Depending on the children's ages, it might not be something they can fully appreciate yet but it might be something they'll hold dear as they look back at photos with your step dad in the same shirts.
