I am in the same boat, 43 years old. Healthly and no major symptoms other than spontaneous bruising. I was Diagnosed with AML Dec 2023 (t9;11 and other complex abnormalities putting me in higher risk) and had first round of chemo FLAG-IDA but didn't work. I have been told that couple other things to try one being a new clinical trial in Oxford or another chemo drug but likely it will be palliative care with months left.
I am seeking any information on trials in UK or internationally including private sector. Also experience of others too.
