I am so sorry to hear that your wife's pain is not being adequately controlled. Do you have any carers or nurses attending her at home? If so, why not phone here nurse and ask for stronger medication to keep on top of her pain? Sadly, pain can get worse as the cancer advances and only increaded doses of medication can help.
