Hello, I am a health care assistant although recently my job has become more of a nurses role. The person I am caring for is like family to me. She means so much to me and I've known her about 5 years.

Her cancer has started to progress really rapidly and without going into too much detail it is causing a lot of blood loss. I'm really struggling with how to even grasp the concept of her dying. How to deal with the fact that I might find her dead. 

No amount of training could prepare me for this.
