My husband is diagnosed with stage 4 tongue cancer.

he has had 35 sessions of radiotherapy and 2 chemotherapy.

7 weeks after treatment ended he is very weak, appetite poor, can't put weight on.  Drinks 3 fortisips daily.

choking on the thick phlegm.

The smell in his mouth is back again as is the mouth pain... which he now has daily head pains ( hence I am worried now).

i have been in touch with McMillan nurse but I feel he should have a scan to see what's going on.  I will request one tomorrow, but with COVID 19 things still on hold.

i worry so much for him.  He won't open up to talk about things.

Any advice?
