  • Hello Kewpie

What a horrible situation to be in. Your husband needs to go to A & E but I suppose he is afraid of catching the virus. He will be dehydrated and become very ill but you can't force him to get help. Could you talk to his GP via video perhaps - he may have more influence with your husband. I am presuming that his GP is up to date with your husband's illness.

    Good luck.

  • Hello Kewpie,

I am so sorry to hear this. If you feel this is a life threatening emergency and your husband needs immediate medical attention, don't hesitate to ring 999. I am sure they will be able to advise you. Otherwise the other number you can ring if you feel that he doesn't need immediate attention is 111 - they will be able to guide you further on what you should do in your particular circusmtances.

Do get in touch with either of these services as it does sound like you need to speak to someone tonight and get some medical advice.

I hope your husband gets better very soon!

    Best wishes,
