Ovarian/ endometrial cancer terminal

My mother has got stage 4 terminal cancer and has been fighting for 10 years it has spread to her Brain, kidney, lungs and other places but she has managed to fight it with chemo nearly every month. We are now on a parp inhibitor and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this as she is finding the side effects really tough?

also if anyone has heard of a similar position as we keep getting told it is so rare we don't have many options.

thank you

  • Hello Lauren
I'm sorry to hear that your Mum is struggling with the side effects of her current drug regime. I've had a look through the forum and I can't see any members who are currently active who mention taking PARP inhibitors
